What will be the availability of spare parts?

Complex spare parts likely to cause breakdowns, mainly electrical or electronic components, will be available until they are removed from supplier catalogues.

Spare parts specified by MotionXP or those that are standard will be available indefinitely as they can be remanufactured or obtained from different suppliers.
It should be noted that as a kit whose components are designed and specified by MotionXP, equivalent replacement solutions for any parts that may be unavailable can always be found.

A spare kit is available as an optional extra to enable a complete actuator (excluding the motor) to be refurbished in the event of a problem. It contains the tube, belt, pulleys, ball screws, etc.
