What about after-sales service?

After-sales service is provided by MotionXP via the Discord or WhatsApp. It is very responsive, with most requests dealt with within 48 hours. We recommend that you read the documentation and watch the tutorial videos before contacting the after-sales service.

As you will see during assembly, the platform, and in particular, the jacks, are extremely repairable. Each part can be changed easily and independently.
